ROTACON DRAIN SPINNER The drain spinner is plough arms mounted and trailed. The drive is PTO direct. The machine is made long for two reasons: it allows the tractor to be driven alongside a drain while the cutter is steered to the centre, and he cutter is well away from the tractor to avoid any flying debris. The height control is by laser equipment with the support wheel running directly on the finished cut, control can be very precise. 80 - 120 horse power required.
